So these photos may be other places in the blog, but I figured I'd share some of the best ones on this page with some explanation of them.. Hope you enjoy !

His senior year dad won prom king, and most flirtatious in the year book. Everyone loved him : )

Here's two from way back, he absolutely loved animals before, I think that's pretty obvious here. 

Here are a few of Dad just being the big furry bear he used to be.. Some are  from when he and mom had first started dating.

This one made Mom and I both tear up. Neither of us knew when this picture was taken, but we both knew exactly what was happening.. Dad's being Dad, helping make sure everyone was all set to have a great day on vacation. And that smile. He has so much emotion and happiness just written all over his face, I would kill for that look one more time.

The luckiest two little girls in the world.  The top two are when I was first born and us on one of our many trips when I was little. In the first one, the look on his face is so familiar. Just love and excitement and of course a bit of trouble.. little did he know I would certainly be my father's daughter.

Jen, Dad, and I.. I don't know if you can tell , but he loved his girls!

Such a lovely couple on their wedding day, September 19th 1981. They had a great little backyard wedding with lots of friends and family. Family friends have told me that every woman there was jealous of my mom. Mom still tells me that Dad made a comment about it being the best day of his life. It was a beautiful day, and a beautiful wedding for the first 25 or so years. 

I have quite a few, but here's just two of my parents at the 30 year anniversary party my sister and I had for them last year. It was an exceptional day.. Dad even smiled! He played bocce ball with friends, and while he can't tell stories like he used to, he stayed out with us a lot longer than usual as everyone told us stories of all the trouble they used to get into. Mom and Dad were really surprised, it was a great day to remember, show love and celebrate what a beautiful marriage my parents had shared.
